You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Show-Me-Hope site, including content submitted by you, may involve transmissions over various networks, and may involve changes to the content to conform and adapt it to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
As a visitor or user of the Show-Me-Hope website, you agree that you will not violate any laws and regulations, including copyright, intellectual property rights laws and others regarding any content that you send or receive. You understand and agree that Show-Me-Hope may disclose your communications and activities with Show-Me-Hope in response to lawful requests by governmental (including judicial) authorities.
You acknowledge that you assume all responsibility related to the security, privacy and risks inherent in sending any content over the Internet. Show-Me-Hope does not control the third party sites and does not endorse products or services advertised on the social media sites.
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Cole County, Missouri.
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Show-Me-Hope and its affiliates and representatives from and against any liabilities whatsoever resulting from the use of this site.
You agree that if Show-Me-Hope does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms (or which Show-Me-Hope has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Show-Me-Hope’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Show-Me-Hope.
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
These terms of use may be updated at any time and each time a user accesses a social networking site the new terms of use will be in effect.
